Me Myself & I are a dementia support charity based in Port Talbot. When we first met, MMI needed to sell their training courses, as it helps to sustain the charity.
We started with what the business needed, setting price points and analysing competitive products. We worked on their points of difference, and made sure they were thinking of the audience first, creating different strategies for different customers.
We focused on their owned assets; website, newsletter, posters, social media and webinars, as these are the communications channels that don’t have an advertising cost, and are therefore the most feasible for a charity to upkeep.
Most importantly it was self-sustaining, as we left them with the skills so that they could market for themselves once our time together had finished.
“Being a small charity, we have limited knowledge and skills in the area of marketing. We were planning the launch of our new online Care Academy which become a priority for us as we diversified our business during the COVID-19 global pandemic. We were lucky enough to get the opportunity to work with Rosie who took the time to get to know our organisation and what we wanted to achieve, she coached us through the process with her creative skills and expertise in marketing. It’s been a fantastic learning experience for us.
Rosie has left us with a great strategy to launch our campaign as well as some new skills and knowledge we can take forward to future projects.”
